Full Live Stream Production

A Senior Live Stream Producer and two experienced Camera Operators deliver a high quality four camera HD live stream perfect for larger conferences, sporting events, trade shows, TEDx events, fan conventions, world record attempts, or any event where multiple cameras are needed.

We will cut to your slides and presentations, play in pre recorded videos, or web content. Scoreboards, lower thirds, info screens, chat rooms, and social media posts can be displayed as required.

The two main cameras with videographers cover the performers, speakers, or athletes getting close up shots of objects on stage, audience reactions, Q&A sessions, etc. Cameras three and four are normally a wider shot of the stage, close up shots of commentators, score boards, over head shots, etc.

Please contact us to discuss your event.

From £2000 per day. Full price list here.

Hybrid Event Production

Live Streaming Conversion World from Utrecht, Netherlands.

Hybrid Event Production

This is based on the Full Live Stream Production Service then we add an extra assistant producer who manages remote speakers, panelists, and guests who are shown on the venue screens and interact with anyone else on stage.

There will be two separate video feeds, one for the venue screen and one for the live stream so we can show the remote panelist only to the venue audio, and the full panel to the viewers at home. We can also show Q&A widgets, social media, comments, etc. on either or both feeds.

During preproduction we will speak to all remote guests, brief them on how the system works, and perform an audio, mic, and lighting check.
